Carol was very instrumental in us finding the right home that fit our needs. We wanted to look at homes in a specific geographic area , a specific school district and a certain price range. Carol was able to juggle all these and find us homes for us to concider. Carol took us on a lot showings and provided us with a web site that we could look at homes at our lesure. Carol helped us to find the right people for financing and to get all the things done that made us ready to to bid on the house we wanted when it was found.  After looking at homes for a while, we walked in to the perfect home for our needs and Shirley and I looked at each other and said to Carol this is the one. Carol filled out the paper and we were off and running. Our bid was accepted and we are now in our own home. With out the help of Carol we probably would not have started to look at homes, even tho we had talked about it several times.
